Brothers and Sisters whats up!

Last week the teaching was on spiritual warfare and intercessory prayer.
I realized that there are two deep needs in our lives:
Security and adventure; these needs will be fulfilled if you seek a relationship with God.

Our greatest weapon is our mouth

Adam and Eve were placed in the Garden of Eden. Once Adam and Eve sinned we lost that garden. Jesus died for us so we could have communion with God.
Each of us have a garden.
The garden is where we have sweet fellowship with God and a place where man seeks counsel from God on how to rule the earth. In the first testament Jesus is our garden.
Right now I'm trying to cultivate my garden and develop a strong relationship with God.

The Lord owns the earth, but God gave us authority.

There are three main things on raising up men and women of prayer:
We must continually increase our understanding on, who God is, who Man is, and the world around us.

Families are supposed to be main gates where God can reveal his plans and purpose for the earth.
A family is also supposed to be a safe place where the enemy cannot attack.

We always try to find a solution to our problems. The solution is Jesus.

This week was a lecture on Inductive bible study. We studied Philemon, Titus, and Acts. Through these three books I really saw what forgiveness, character, and courage is all about. In the book of Philemon I learned a lot about Gods total forgiveness. Paul was willing to take all the blame for Onesimus. I encourage everybody to read this book, its really short but you learn a lot about Paul's example of Love.

Through this lecture I was really encouraged to pursue another Ywam class. The class is called SBS- School of Biblical Studies. Its a 9 month course and it is credited in the University of the Nations. However, I have a lot of things going through my mind about the future. I just gave all my concerns to God.

Im doing well out here and God is doing a lot of healing and character building in my life. Discipline is great!

For my major outreach Im am planning on going to China. And I need all your prayers! : )

Tomorrow, I am going to church and supposedly there is going to be a late Thanksgiving dinner.
Nagkalami ang pagKaon! This is some of my skills in cebuano and what I said is that the food is going to be delicious.

I miss everyone!
I love you all
Everyone take care

dude Chris,

This is PaulTREE. I love you bro and it is AMAZING to see all that God is teaching you. God is so freaking Good and always does more than we could ever ask for or imagine.

It's so cool to see you reading and studying the Bible and learning lots about God, humans ans how we are called to serve the world.

There is some exciting news for Christina and I too. I just got hired as the youth pastor at John Knox Prebyterian church in Dublin, CA. We are moving back up to the Bay and Paul Bagai are already talking about teaming up and maybe building a young adult ministry together.

God is going to do some amazing things as all of you come back and teach us what you have experienced. DaveTREE and MaryTREE and ChrisTREEna all prayed for you this morning. We asked the Lord to make you strong, give you much wisdom and put brothers to speak truth into your life as you decide what is next in your life

love you brother from another mother

Kapatid(brother),

Its really amazing how you have such a strong relationship with GOD. Your devotion and dedication is unmeasureable. You have blossomed and matured into a respectable humble man! I cannot say much more, but that you're in the path of righteousness. I love you!

Kapatid,

sounds like God is truly working in your life!! So there is a course here called BCC bible core course im not sure if you have it there but it is different from SBS because you only read through the bible once which sbs you read it 3 times i believe also there is a little less intense homework.. I have faith that you can do SBS but even my base leader who studied theology took it and thought it was a bit extensive... just thought i'd throw the idea of BCC out there I have actually considered it myself after i realized how small my bible knowledge really is. Im so glad God is blessing you thorugh these lectures and i will you put your name and outreach location on our prayer and intercession board so my dts can pray for yours. Love you and cant wait to catch up..

What up? Yes, God has given you authority, so use it to care for, love and serve all those around you. That is awesome that you are going to China. Please let them know that soon India will surpass them in population. They can just receive that! I miss you and look forward to your return. Keep digging into the word. Never forget who the word continually points to, Jesus. Talk to you soon.

Chris, it is so exciting to read your posts and to learn of your spiritual journey. Inductive Bible study is really powerful. It will be a tool for your growth all through your life if you use it.

Wow! China, a place I've always wanted to visit! As you said, your mouth is your greatest weapon for good or evil. It can cause great trouble for those you work with in China or great good. Be wise.

Our prayers are with you and your team.

Blessings,
Joyce Clydesdale
